At One Brewing, we strive to empower people with the ability to choose a better quality, great tasting low alcohol beer, without any compromise.
There are many reasons to cut back on the amount we drink. For us, it means getting back to what makes us feel truly complete, our hobbies. While brewing and drinking beer are admittedly some of our favourite activities, they were having an inherently negative impact on other things we love.
We created our very own low alcohol beer company because we wanted something better.
We strongly believe that the most important part of any beer is the way it tastes. Even though ours are lighter in alcohol, they taste like the real thing.

Manfred Delecroix
Co-Founder
Manfred grew up in Northern France and has been taking inspiration from France & Belgium’s brewing culture throughout his time as a brewmaster in Canada. Before moving overseas Manfred led many careers working professionally as an architect, actor, and musician. While outside of the brewing industry these previous careers would prepare Manfred by challenging core values of integrity, consistency, and creativity. Throughout his decorated career Manfred has worked with various breweries to create and further develop infallible recipes that have become staples of big Canadian brands.
Elliott Shropshire
Co-Owner
Elliott is a proud Toronto native with a long-standing passion for beer. Between bottles exploding in the dining room, kitchen boil overs, and fresh krausen painting the ceiling at his parents house it had come time to move his brewing kit elsewhere. Fortunately for him he started working in a brewery shortly after receiving his degree in marketing from the University of Guelph. In the beer industry he would go on to learn much about how beer is made, marketed, and sold at a professional level.
